Sunday- Chicken & Biscuits I used Rachael Ray's Recipe. So good, I'm having left overs for lunch. Banana pudding parfaits for dessert.
Monday- The mister and I will be at a work function.
Tuesday- 1,2,3 and a green salad
Wednesday- Italian marinated chicken and roasted cauliflower
Wednesday- Pasta with bacon & Brussels sprouts
Friday- My favorite Kielbasa Dish
Saturday- Dinner with friends. If I'm ambitious I'll be making The Pioneer Woman's Tres Leches Cake.
Sunday- Tamale Pie and a green salad
Lately dinner has felt like a simple rotation of the same meals over and over again so, I'm trying to incorporate some new meals to this week's plan. Looking over some of my archived meal plans has been helpful. But, of course I'd like your ideas too.

M - I have ideas for you. Chicken taco soup, which I have a recipe for, you make it in the crockpot, I think you might have had it before, so easy and cheap and healthy, but so delicious. Also, grilled chicken caesar salads. If you get the yogurt caesar dressing, they aren't that bad for you, and you can even toast your own croutons. Other ideas...my personal fave baked ziti, any kind of stir fry (beef and broccoli, sweet and sour pork, teriyaki chicken, etc.) fried brown rice, and this new indian chicken and rice dish I made using this jarred Masala sauce that trader joe's carries...
FYI...THE Tres Leches Cake was AWESOME!!! Even quite fab the day after too :)
